Our Return Policy

Fox Den Ltd. shall not be held responsible for spoilage of customer supplied items to be embroidered.  100% of payment is due at placement of order for graphics and digitizing.  Custom embroidered merchandise, and fees for graphics and/or digitizing may not be returned.  All other merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for exchange, credit or refund.  Follow instructions on the return form enclosed with the packing slip..  Call our toll free number for assistance.
